Do you yearn for genuine peace within yourself, a connection with others, and to break free from the past? Our world today may feel more unstable than ever. Dealing with the added mental fog and chaos of sadness, fear, as well as mistakes and struggles from the past, only make the day-to-day grind feel harder and more empty. Family relationships and the pressures and expectations of society often feel overwhelming. Sometimes a truly fulfilling and rich life seems unattainable.

Imagine feeling empowered to experience more peace within your mind, body, heart, and relationships. Imagine having a life where you are free to pursue your goals, have authentic connections, and meaning. My approach was built around this purpose; It is individualized and integrative, utilizing your strengths to empower you to keep pursuing healing and improved well-being. I have an understanding of how systemic issues influence your reality and how our need for meaning can lead to contentment.

My practice entails various therapy approaches, but I always focus on strengths, empowerment, and client-led sessions. I fuse my expertise with your experience within a safe, accepting space to help you find ease within yourself and with others. I use my practical yet intuitive approach to offer you skills, knowledge, and insights that will help you connect with your true self and build a mindful, present life.

You’ve always had the power, my dear, you just had to learn.
— Glenda the Good Witch, The Wizard of Oz

Within sessions, I am sensitive and compassionate, while also encouraging and challenging clients to tap into their strengths and intuition, as well as latent self-love and motivation. I also strive to speak the truth in love, exploring difficult topics with clients, while also peppering in humor and playfulness. One of my passions is the connection between the mind and body, so I often incorporate new interventions and techniques to help increase self-awareness of this connection and control over the mind and body.

With a background working with vulnerable people, I want therapy to be inclusive and culturally relevant. I view the advancement of the rights of all individuals as personal and professional responsibility. I strive to approach my work through the lens of intersectional feminism. Being in the Atlanta area, I am also constantly challenging myself to understand and work with the LGBTQIA+ population and be a better ally.

Outside of the therapy space, I love to hang out with my family and dogs, enjoy a good skincare indulgence, and spend time in nature.
