Self-care and burnout are topics that I am well acquainted with after years of experience within helping professions. I use this experience and self-care strategies to help anyone struggling to take care of themself and heal from burnout. These self-care strategies will come from my expertise, but also from the client’s own successful strategies utilized in the past and what works for their schedule now. I will also help clients to explore where these patterns originated in order to better understand them and make long-term changes.
